In an effort to ensure our clients get the best service possible, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason we respectfully request a 48-hour notice be given via phone call/text message directly to Bare Bliss @ 509-961-6555. If a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is not given, there will be a fee equal to 50% of your service cost assessed, which is non-refundable nor will it be applied to future appointments. If you cancel the same day as your appointment, do not show up to your appointment, or you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and there will be a fee equal to 100% of your service cost assessed, which is non-refundable nor will it be applied to any future appointments.Also, if you have a late cancellation or no-show for any reason, there will be a 100% deposit of the service cost required to schedule any future appointment(s).
(The 48-hour notice does NOT apply to any appointment scheduled on a holiday. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment on a holiday, there will be a fee equal to 100% of your service cost assessed no matter how much notice is given)
Children are great. Really, they are! But the space at Bare Bliss is not suitable to accommodate children and there is a safety and liability issue/concern due to the equipment and products used in the studio, so please plan your appointment accordingly.
In an effort to accommodate the busy schedules of everyone, after hours appointments are available for an additional charge of $25 that is charged at the time of scheduling the appointment, which is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.
To maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or allowances will be issued for products, services, classes, workshops, training sessions, gift certificates, memberships, or package purchases.
Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase. For products specifically, samples are available for most items, allowing you to try them before making a purchase to ensure you select the products that are the best fit for your needs.
